The tubular spreading unit, equipped with specialized calender rolls, allows independent adjustment of the contact pressure on both sides, with the roll gap adjusted via an eccentric crank. The advanced microprocessor controls precise synchronization between the fabric pre-feed and travel drive through regulated gears.

 

The integrated frequency transformers ensure wrinkle-free and precise spreading. The threading aid facilitates easy fabric threading. Additionally, the motorized aggregate lift enables spreading heights of up to 230 mm.
